"The Hipnotiks" are one of the HOTTEST music production teams emerging on the scene. Comprised of ACE and Motown, these music-heads hale from Atlanta, GA with a rare talent and a diverse music production range. From Pop to Hip Hop back to R&B, they can do it all! The masterminds were acquired by Raydar Management (Ray Daniels, A&R at Universal Records) and have since been in the lab working with some of the artists and hit songwriters of Interscope, Atlantic, and Universal. The list includes Konvict/Interscope's Rock City, Def Jam's Vawn, Interscope's Jibbs, Usher's One Chance, Universal Motown's London, Universal Motown's Sweet Rush, Stat Quo, Tiffany Villarreal, and many others.
ACE and Motown are both graduates of Georgia State University and drummer's in their father's church. The two met their freshman year in college while waiting for the gym to open. ACE heard Motown "beat-boxing" and soon found out that he was also a producer. The two then headed back to a dorm room where they began collaborating. Overtime they meshed together as a premiere musical force, also coining the branded catch phrase "WE MAKE BEATS". The rest is history.
The duo has worked with several major buzz independent artists including Mason Dixie, India, Life the Great, and J. Young. Tracks from The Hipnotiks are frequently heard on Atlanta's Hot 107.9 A-Team Morning Show during their "Hot Day Rhyme" segment. When they aren't in the studio creating the future hits of today's chart toppers, they are constantly expanding their business knowledge to make HIPnotik Productions a classic name brand in the industry. They believe that "mediocracy is not an option... and we plan to take our talents to the top of the music industry to establish ourselves as A-List producers and music businessmen."
