..with friends like you who needs friends?

About Me

Conrad has beautiful blue eyes, he loves to play golf with his friends, karaoke, and programming web sites. He used to have dreadlocks, but he cut them off after he lost his job as a telemarketer. He worked at Minnie's, but after a big snowstorm he didn't work there anymore. Conrad has a smoking hot wife who hangs out with rock stars like Travis Barker all the time. She's better at golf than I am, but she said we'll play putt-putt sometime so I'll get better. He's got a lot of siblings and he loves them all. When he has a spare minute, Conrad likes to sit and think about what it'd be like if he could live in outer space, like on the moon or something. He thinks it'd be pretty cool, but he doesn't know how he'd have enough oxygen. Conrad used to work down the hall from me before he got laid off. We used to go to lunch together almost every day. He laughs at my jokes, even if they aren't funny, cause he's a good friend like that. I will miss him but hopefully now that he's gone I can move into his office.
Conrad doesn't think Zombo.com is very funny.

My Interests

I'm interested in the mixology and consumption of alcoholic beverages and in enjoying said interests with good friends. Playing cards. Good music, books, and film. I am always up for a game of golf or a day up in the mountains snowboarding.

I'd like to meet:

Tom Waits.

Music:

All time: Pixies, Tom Waits, the Smiths, Jane's Addiction, David Bowie, Elliot Smith (RIP), Billy Bragg, P.J. Harvey, the Pogues, Radio Head, Depeche Mode, Liz Phair, the Cure, the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkle, and even Pink Floyd.More recently: Interpol, Modest Mouse, the Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs, Beck, Postal Service and Death Cab, the Shins, Neutral Milk Hotel, Arcade Fire, Pedro the Lion, the Flamming Lips, Spoon, Luna, Dingleberry Dynasty, Scissor Sisters, Say Hi to Your Mom, and Ghostland Observatory.

Movies:

I LOVE movies! Slow character driven stories like Paris Texas, and Monster's Ball. BIG movies like Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, and Wild at Heart. A few films get me all choked up every time I watch them: Eternal Sunshine for the Spotless Mind, American History X, Never Cry Wolf..., I enjoy Wes Anderson's style and humor (Rushmore is the best!) and the darkness and cinematography of Darren Aronofsky's PI and Requiem for a Dream. Copolla, the Cohen bros (just about everything, especially Miller's Crossing and Raising Arizona), Kubrick, and more recently Ang Lee. And how could I forget, The Princess Bride (sorry Heather).

Television:

Not a big fan really. I enjoy Project Runway ...Poker ...whenever there's a good movie on TV or maybe some good TV on DVD.

Books:

Ayn Rand (Atlas), Steinbeck (East of Eden and Grapes), Ken Kesey (Cuckoo's Nest and Sometime's a Great Notion), Chuck Palahniuk (Fight Club and Lullaby), Les Miserables, Tolkien, Geek Love, 1984, Dahlgren, A Clockwork Orange, Seabiscuit was great!, books I was forced to read in high school (Lord of the Flies, Animal Farm)..
