My Interests

Listening to Christian music, singing, camping, hiking, biking, swimming, Florida State and Panthers Football, going to Church, helping with Youth Group, Scouting and doing community service!

I'd like to meet:

Here is a great quote by Steven Curtis Chapman: "When you look at My cross, that's where you find the reality that I make all things new."

Background from Yahoo search result

Music:

Almost any kind of Christian music. My favorte by far is Steven Curtis Chapman! He is the best singer/songwritter! His lyrics are so meaningful, deep and yet still encouraging, fun and uplifting. Other artists include, but are not limited to Newsong, Newsboys, Casting Crowns, Avalon, Scott Krippayne, Point Of Grace, DC Talk, Matthew West, Chris Tomlin, Nicole Nordeman, Nicole C Mullin, Twila Paris, Wayne Watson, Russ Lee, Crystal Lewis, Natalie Grant, Joy Williams, Ginnie Owens, Fernando Ortega, Chris Rice, Big Daddy Weave, Michael W Smith, Clay Cross, 4 Him, Rich Mullins, Phillips, Craig and Dean, FFH, Mark Schultz, Chris Tomlin, Kutless, Bulding 429, Greg Long, Shaun Groves, Third Day, Mercy Me, Joy Williams, Jeff Deo, Caedmons Call, Sonic Flood, Paul Colman Trio, True Vibe, Rachael Lampa, Big Tent Revival, Petra, Bethany Dillon, Geoff Moore, Amy Grant, Jeremy Camp, The Gaither Vocal Band, Jaci Velasquez, Kathy Tracolie, Bob Carlisil, The Katinas, Warren Barfield, Jars Of Clay, Salvador, Selah, Stacie Orica, Audio Adrenalin, Rebecca St. James, David Crowder Band, Delirious?, Anointed, Zoe Girl, Barlow Girl, Jennifer Knapp and The Second Chapter of Acts.

Movies:

Back To The Future, The Great Outdoors, The Game, Speed, Errased, The Lion King, Hook, Chronicals of Narnia, James Bond, Star Wars, Christmas Vacation, Home Alone, Cheaper By The Dozen, Finding Nemo, Braveheart and Shrek.

Television:

I don't watch very much TV. My favorite show is 24. Others include American Idol, David Letterman and the News.

Books:

The Bible is the number 1 way that God speaks to you so I try to read from God's Words often. Other than the Bible, my favorite books are Hatchet (a great book of struggle, perseverance and survival), Big Red, My Utmost for His Highest, With God on the Hiking Trail, 100 Greatest Songs in Christian Music, Where The Sidewalk Ends, It's Not About Me, Heaven and The Leadership Challenge.

Heroes:

JESUS is the greatest hero that ever existed. Don't think so? Watch The Passion of the Christ, and see what he went through. Jesus was hated, ridiculed, hit, spit on, whipped, had his flesh torn, his hands and feet pierced by nails, hung on a cross, essentially tortured, and then killed. And he did all this willingly, for each and every one of us. At anytime He could have said, "naa, i don't want to die for these people," but he didn't. Jesus didn't do it for recognition, didn't do it for cancer research, or aids, or diabetes, or any other minor cause in comparison. Jesus willingly went through all this so that each and every one of us could have the chance to LIVE eternally in paradise with him, rather than dieing for all eternity in Hell. Jesus died for me, and he also died for you. That's why Jesus is my hero. Other heroes include my Mom and Dad, Jordyn, Steven Curtis Chapman, Stephen Pace, Brenda Johnson, Gadget Joe, Joe Lane, Barry Gilmore and Ed Page.
