Son, you don't have bad luck. The reason bad things happen to you is because you're a dumbass!!! --

About Me

Current profession: Semiconductor Technical Sales guy. Served in the military for 4 years, married for 12, with no kids and no plans for them. Have a couple of dogs and a cat.Play guitar often, love music and movies and reading books. Love to go out and have fun, but don't do it near as often as I would like to.Fun-loving...spontaneous...passionate with my interests. Will "dork-out" often for laughs, since I have fully and happily embraced this part of my personality.Love my family and friends, and spend quite a bit of time with them throughout the year.Man I just love me!!! But not really...Update 1/26/2008: Lots of struggles in my life lately, with my marriage, the battle over alcohol, job not going so well. The only saving grace is God and the gym. Lost 33 pounds this last year, am working on my marriage to my beautiful wife, and learning to thank God for all of the blessings He has given me. Maybe I should start a blog???

My Interests

Guitar, Music, Movies, Books. Skiing when I get a chance. Heading to the beach with my girl and two meatheads (dogs).PS2 junkie at times, goes in spurts.Look forward to lazy weekends...

I'd like to meet:

Way too many people to list. Living and dead. New friends, old friends. To name a few: Jesus Christ, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Johnny Depp, Steve Martin, Vivaldi (and the other guys), Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Alba, Sean Connery, Buddy Guy, BB King...and on and on and on...

Music:

Progressive rock, Classic Rock, Alternative with an edge, some pop crap, Electronica and Techno, Blues, Classical, Jazz, Heavy Metal, Hard Rock, some country and bluegrass. Christian Rock to Death Metal. From Hard and Heavy to Calm and Mellow. Amped up to Down Low. I'll listen to anything...Even the Diggery-doo. I'll even listen to Zamfir the Pan-Flutist...But no Frickin' Kenny G or Celine Dion.

Movies:

Action and Sci-Fi. Good drama, not chick flicks (however there are a few that give me a good cry-KIDDING!)

Television:

No favorite shows, will watch just about anything for mindless entertainment. However, weekends I seem to watch what the wife is watching (REMOTE HOG!!!)

Books:

F. Paul Wilson Books (Repairman Jack series). Dean Koontz. James Patterson. Stephen King. Like action packed thrillers, some horror, and sci-fi, but not the geeky kind of sci-fi.

Heroes:

The men and women in the military and civil servants such as fire fighters and such. These people do not get enough credit. All guitarists/musicians/Composers from the dawn of time to now are an inspiration as well. Music and artistic expression is good for the soul...

Life in General

So, this is new to me.  But decided that sometimes the best therapy is to get whatever is bottled up inside out to the universe to receive blessings back.  The whole Karma thing is not overr...
