Myspace For Girls Only - MyGirlySpace.comI am generally pretty easy-going, love to have fun (and do so wherever I am!) and hang with my friends. You will find me in Tuscaloosa on Saturdays in the fall cheering the Tide on and at Talladega each spring and fall loving that Budweiser Chevy! When I'm not "playing football" or "racing" I try to spend as much time as possible with my two Godsons who are the loves of my life. If there's a concert in town, I'm most likely there as I love live music; all kinds. Any chance I get, I'm at the beach; I'm a total beach bum! I don't do cold weather of any kind, there's just no need for that!Originally I grew up in Murfreesboro, TN then moved here in the middle of the 9th grade. I went to Riverdale High School in Murfreesboro, would love to hear from anybody from the 'Boro!! I graduated from Berry High School in Hoover, known as Hoover High now, in '91. After graduation I headed on over to T-town to college for a while.Let's see: I've lived in Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Alabama (twice) and Florida...so if you're from the South, I just might know you! :-)Okay, that's enough for now! My Interests

Spending as much time as possible having fun! And I have fun wherever I am, whomever I am with! I have lots of friends and the two most fabulous Godsons a woman could have...I love my life and the people in it. God has blessed me with wonderful people to share my life and I am very thankful for each and every one of them!!

I have to add Tommy Lee, Eddie Van Halen, and Harry Connick, Junior...weird combo but you can tell I love the boys in the band. :-) And let's not forget Colin Farrell!! He's the most beautiful man ever!!!

This list could go on for days. ;-)As for the chics: I have the utmost respect for and would love to meet Sally Field, Julia Roberts, Reese Witherspoon, and Faith Hill. They are fabulously talented women!..

Music:

Anything; I like all types of music. I love to go to concerts and go to as many as I can. I took a hiatus from country for several years but have jumped back into it in the last year. My favorite music is still anything from the '80s, especially the hairbands! And my forever favorite will always be Van Halen! Next is definitely The Black Crowes with Motley Crue and Guns 'n Roses falling in behind. .. width="425" height="350" ....

Movies:

Best ever...Top Gun! After that; The Outsiders, Gone With the Wind, Pretty Woman, Clueless, Crimson Tide, Tommy Boy, Big Daddy, Pulp Fiction, Silence of the Lambs, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and 8 Mile. I have weird taste in movies. Even though I have a few chick-flicks listed I really prefer comedies (but not slap-stick or stupid stuff) and horror movies. Anything with Adam Sandler is a MUST and loosing Chris Farley so early was heart-breaking.

Television:

Grey's Anatomy and Days of Our Lives (when I get the chance to see it)are about all I watch anymore. If not at the game, then of course all Alabama football games, NASCAR races, college football in general, NFL football and I have to be a girl and throw in the good ol' Lifetime movies.

Books:

I LOVE to read just don't do it often. My most recent read was "Aruba: The Tragic Untold Story of Natalee Holloway and Corruption in Paradise." I'm about to start two others, one called "Breaking the Procrastination Habit...Now" (obviously need that, huh?) and another to beef up my writing skills. I've had "Becoming the Person God Wants You to Be" by Joyce Meyer started for almost a year now, guess it's time to start over and try to finish it. But I do read "Cosmo" and "Glamour" religiously every month. That's sad isn't it?

Heroes:

My Aunt Ann, Jackie Kennedy, Katie Couric (career-wise, not anything about her politics), Elizabeth Dole, Condee Rice, my parents, all the men and women of our military, and my dancing best friend Christy!

Tradition and Pride

As you all know, yesterday was the first game (and win!) in the newly renovated Bryant-Denny Stadium. I had seen the outside of the stadium just a few weeks before the game and knew how pretty it was....
