Stupid really should hurt more

About Me

34 now almost 35 year old pretty cool guy with a mix of old world virtue and value and a side of me that loves to go crazy now and then. Very hard to read, even though people may say I am easy to figure out

My Interests

Sports (Roll Tide!), movies, cooking, outdoor activities, sleeping in the hammock on a summer night

I'd like to meet:

people with morals but who are not afraid to stray from societal norms and morees.

Music:

Classical, 80's, some country, learning to listen to more modern stuff

Movies:

Airplane may be the best ever comedy. Love slapstick, but also like the occasional intellectual movie that can spark in depth conversation.

Books:

The Bible, Mere Christianity by CS Lewis, Intensity by Dean Koontz (sp?),

Heroes:

my dad, John Wayne, Coach "Bear" Bryant, many many others

My Blog

Today's lesson in humility

Well today started out like any other Saturday.  Saturday's are not "goal accomplishing" days for me by personal design so I slept late, woke up and popped off some personal e-mails and head...

Laissez les bon temps roulez

It has been a good restful week here in New Orleans.  The city is slowly recovering but the quarter is as good as can be.  Probably 95% of the shops there are open, really cool artwork and t...
