Starbucks, mobile phones, flip flops, Asia's neon cities, teaching, writing, looking at the ads in GQ, Baduk/ igo/ GO and mp3s... I love languages, travel, literature and meeting cool people. Movies of all kinds, but especially long and foreign ones. I love studying religion, too. I definitely just dig kind and decent people, but those in recovery, well please hear this: Here in Korea, you all ARE my meetings, so please message me if you are walking the walk one day at a time :) Speaking of addictions, I have a sliiight Espresso addiction (which compared to those it replaced is WELCOME)
Bono, Derek Jeter, Al Gore, Haruki Murakami, Gerry Adams, Rumi, Dante, my children (someday), QT.... umm and a host of others I am sure, I am not 'introverted' ;)
In no order: Death Cab for Cutie, Ryan Adams, the Forever, The Stones, George Michael, Kings of Convenience, K-Pop and Yo-yo Ma and others... In addition, all who seek God, through peace, love and giving of themselves... He is the One... so on that note... U2, Amr Diab and many others who know how to speak of That which is above us all...
update coming soon... it was too cluttered
UEFA, Numb3rs, CSI Miami, old DS9, MLB and a few others
ooooh, I love, no worship, Dante. Pushkin's Onegin is my favorite book. I love wordsmiths, Pamuk and Rushdie come to mind as does Brian Michael Bendis... Milton is great and CS Lewis' the Great Divorce is awesome. I love the Bible, the Qur'an (have to admit that I'm just starting to read it (since HE knows) Rumi and the Tao Te Ching.
Nice people with open minds who listen more than they talk. There are many, but why limit it?
