Originally I am from El Paso but now reside in good ole' San Antonio. I knew since I was a kid that I wanted to get into the music industry but being from El Paso, I had few opportunities. I lucked out one that by running into a magazine add for a technical school in Florida that specialized in Audio Engineering. That was the key! There, I was fortunate enough to meet the right people and put myself in the right situations that would push my career forward. My original focus was in major concert production and worked with major rock and country groups most of the '90s, such as Rick Treviño, Garth Brooks, Steve Winwood, Stone Temple Pilots, plus many more. Other productions included Disney World On Ice, World Wrestling Federation, and a bunch of other stuff as well. In the late 90's I was out on tour with a certain female country artist, which I will not mention the name of because she was a total pain in the ass to work with so I quit! I then started doing more work in the recording studio. Started out slow but things have picked up over the years and have 2 Grammy Awards under my belt for productions that I have engineered. My company, ZMS, inc. deals with all aspects of the entertainment industry including Tour Management, Concert Sound and Lighting, Video Production, Recording Production, and anything else we can get our hands on. I've got an incredible team of professionals that work with me and make all our productions a huge success. It's truly an honor working with this bunch of freaks!!! Couldn't ask for a better team to back up the wild ventures that I get myself into!!
