TRAVEL hope to see the whole world continent by continent spreading the good Indian word (dont know what that means), EXPERIENCING NEW, AND SOMETIMES SCARY STUFF. "Ran", "Heaven and Earth". Documentaries of every sort, I'll try to watch all the ones reccommended to me, especially ones on ancient civilations,REquiem for a dream, THE FOUNTAIN, music or musical movements and just history in general,MIrrormask, was cool, surreal- like... Amores Perros, 21 grams, Donnie Darko is one of mMY FAAAVAAORITE Movies , Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, SNATCH, signs, UNBreakable,evil dead series,esp. Army of darkness, I heart Huckabees....just a few....I like to see really scary movies to see if they actually scare me...the scariest movie for me of all time is the old version of "war of the worlds", it gave me nightmares more than anything (which is kinda silly because its like 50 years old or something) I was scared of streetlights for weeks...absolutely HATED MEMOIRS OF A GEISHA...i like Zhang Ziyi though, i think shes one of th most beautiful creatures in the world...sorry y'all..NACHO LIBRE was one of my faves this year--i liked the OAXACA scenery...i DIDNT like PANS LABYRINTH ACTUALLY,
Arrested Development, the Simpsons, Tales from the Crypt, The twilight ZONE (black and whites and newer episodes), Northern Exposure, Futurama, the old Muppet Show, Jeopardy, FAMILY GUY, Chapelle show, Fraggle Rock, I LOve STARTING OVER, the Cosby Show, Next top model......Ive actually become QUITE THE "LOST" fan, I really discuss the sociological, philosophical and whatever about the episodes for some reason, I really like THE OFFICE the British version, Its onr of the funniest shows ever made ever!!!please watchn it. ) , but I really actually like the US VERSION too is OK.
I have to read school books, more school books, umm, this semester im taking a HISTORY OF BLACK MUSIC,RISE OF CIVILIZATIONS anthopology class, read lots fro them these days as well, sorta cool. like the info im learning...but some of my faves over the past few years are FOOLS CROW by James Welch, Ella Deloria; Waterlily and Speaking of Indians, THey Called it Prarie Light, While the Locust Slept by Reznor, photography books; Ansel Adams... History of the Santee Sioux..., Pretty much ANYTHING by Charles Eastman..Indian Boyhood is one of my favorites.......I also like looking at pictures in cosmo and ELLE and looking through music mags..National GEOGRAPHIC always a good staple for life long learning, that and ZOOBOOKS(anyone remember or get Zoobooks when they were little??)were the first subscription my parents got for me and my brother. BORDERS books Magazine section is my guilty pleasure-i like to look at all the magazines then put em back...

The people in the NATIVE community that are working hard at making US as Native people more visible in the mainstream, I should specify, the ones that make Natives look GOOD , finding the balance between modern and traditional Native culture and philosophy..Mr Bunky Echo Hawk, you the man, companies like INSPIRED VISIONS and the up and coming INVIsion who make it a goal to put Native peoples in modern way....
