About Me

I'm 30 (!!) and have come to feel a lot better in my own skin recently. If you're someone I went to school with, met through friends, or live in my area, add me; I like people. I'm an observer and general fan of the human race, and believe people are essentially good and that most do the best they can with the tools they have at their disposal. I also like to spend a lot of time alone. Go figure.
..src="http://static.flickr.com/41/84481753_0c7fce4c9a_m.jpg " width="240" height="180" alt="Whip" /I can drink incredible amounts of whiskey; I've been in training for years. Most of the time, I think of clever responses approximately 4 seconds too late for them to be effective. When I get bored, I take things apart and fix them... sometimes I forget to fix them. I also paint furniture, photograph our cats, re-pot plants, and seem to spend inordinate amounts of time making messes and cleaning them up. I turn out to support my friends bands. I have learned the language of dogs. I'm interested in the personal and the political. I like hanging out with other people's kids and doing things too potentially embarrassing to be seen doing without them around, ie; snowmen/forts/igloos, rolling down hills, and singing into hairbrushes. I'm all married now and stuff.
I have a major case of Flickritis, and love to take photos. Check out my flickr photo page @ http://www.flickr.com/photos/karalyn/
