biking, swimming, seeing with new eyes, breathing into greater freedom, graceful movement, strength in body and mind, blahbitty blah blah, practical sustainability, learning to love, discovering beauty and truth and otherwise God in ALL things, world religion, that man named jesus, pleasant surprises, unpleasant surprises because of the lessons they teach, dark chocolate, genuine connections in the most unexpected places and packages, being as present as possible, living yoga, oceans, travels, adventures, creating more abundance in my life and for those around me, speaking (and singing) my truth and hearing yours. o ya, and making playdoh.
