I've been on the grind probably since before I was too young to take care of myself. I'm known as a Renaissance man, because of my reputation of having several jobs, duties, hobbies. I'm into filmmaking and spoken word materials. Just keep your eyes open in my blogs.I sincerely believe that what you have on your page reflects who you are. Take for instance, the rap album background. My page is simple, and I'm fascinated with old school hip hop, R&B legends, reggae, icons, archives, videos, New York City life and what have you(as you can see). My main goals right now are my career, my family, and my financial status. But as for my accomplishments:
1. Owning my first home.
I mean, why would I want to go through life renting out a joint and making them landlords rich forever? It's time for me to earn mines.
2. Be debt free. Cuz dammit, a brotha got some serious credit issues, partridge and a pear tree. lol.
3. Have a diverse established portfolio.
Meaning...401k, mutual bonds, a trust fund for my kids or whatever, few equity/bonds on the side. And most importantly, maintain a high interest retirement fund. Cuz I ain't gonna sit around and wait for SSI to be minimized or taken away. Shit. And who's to say I'm gonna be around to see 55? Bump that.
