...DTWG started in October 2003After the Success of the 1st concert which featured finalists from the GMTV Gospel Competition in Manchester, DTWG is becoming a well recognised name within the Gospel genre of music in the North West and UK..
DTWG is a group dedicated to serving the community by providing a channel for people to get together and socialise in a musical environment.To Inspire the life of others through music, dance and celebration of the Gospel.
DTWG aims to find and promote Gospel singers, musicians, poets and dancers from within local communities and beyond.This is achieved by going into communities in and around Manchester, London and other parts of the United Kingdom, to meet both recognised and unrecognised artists.We help promote these artists by holding Gospel concerts aimed to attract the general public as well as members of the Gospel music industry.
In today's society where the views of the young people are not really taken into account, self-expression tends to be the only way that young people have their voices heard. As a group we aim to provide all young people, regardless of race or background, with the opportunity and freedom to be themselves and have their voices heard.
