I am quick to point out that I was not born into a musical legacy,...... “My father was no jazz musician, My mum was not a 80’s pop vocalist & collector of 60’s swing records, I hate those type of biography's! “who cares about that shit - I play funky ass music in a funky ass way, & thats all that needs to matter to anyone. Ive played at a whole bunch of venues worldwide and a whole bunch of DJ's & people have played my records along the way, which I am proud of! But Im not reaming off big names to ride of the back of..... WHO CARES...... My production was always a secondary thing, playing records is what I originally started up doing." Working in Fourth Wave Record Shop in Huddersfield enabled me and moss (The Underground Couture Tourist) to lay our hands on the freshest imports at that time easier prior to the internet shake up of the industry...Then Securing Residency's in and around Yorkshire with Plenty of notable Headlining acts. This, along with the production work helped things grow with further Club gigs accross the globe including more four deck madness with moss in Belgium & gigs in New York City & NJ - Radio Shows with Kiss FM in NYC & Galaxy In the UK. I also have releases on Major respected labels such as Chicago based labels 'Greenskeepers' ’G-Swing’ & ‘Igloo’. - Dj Pierre’s ‘DJP’ imprint. Victor Simonelli's Stellar label in Brookly NY And three EP’s on LA based ‘Greenhouse records’.... The birth of the my first son 'James' slowed happenings on the music Production front while concentrating on being a proud parent for a hectic first few years, Beats had to take a sideline but now im back in my new studio and have a few projects finished, including a track with the underground coulture tourist still to be pollished,,,, soon as the studio s fixed!!!!!!
