About Me

Hey the names Josh Folmsbee if you haven't guessed already. I've always loved music and grew up around music. I'm fifteen and I've been playing the guitar for about three years now, but I've been singing my whole life. I've been in many bands (Call Me Crazy, Charmed By Chaos, Amparii, Americas Favorite, Last December, Wait Til' Friday, and Dear Hollywood) before starting my own thing. I currently have my EP for sale "All The Things You Thought You Knew" and am working on a second EP or possibly and LP. MY first EP was recorded with my drummer (Tyler Wells) from my previous band Last December. I'd like to wish him the best of luck in what ever he decides to do with his life. Im also trying to get a band back together again, I need a drummer, bass player, and possible another guitar player and/or singer. If your interested just drop me a line. Influences: A big influence is Jimi Hendrix he's the reason i picked upa guitar in the first place. Another huge influence is my family with out them I'd be nothing. My Uncle Bill and Aunt Lori for bringing music into my life. Girls there always good writing fuel. The air I breathe and the places im at inspire me to write. I mean you could see a stop sign and you could instantly write a song just off of that. Other influences: Keith Urban, Jason Aldean, The Rocket Summer, Dashboard Confessional, Matt Wertz, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Chuck Berry, Buckcherry, Van Halen, Slash, Axle Rose, Biggie, Kanye West, John Denver Fall Out Boy, Bob Marley, The Used, System Of A Down, Tupac, Zakk Wylde, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Bucky Kyle, Tenacious D, Jim Morrison, John Mayer, Tyler Hilton, Ryan Cabrera and anyone who has made music there life. Last but certainly not least God because without him I'd be nothing.
