Since living in Miami Beach (Hibiscus Island) I have developed a tremendous love for exercise. Thankyou, Miami! I loved to kayak around the islands in the Miami Bay sometimes with my dog, Somebody, riding on the front. I also regularly went for bicycle rides over the bridge into South Beach and spent a couple hours riding up and down the boardwalk. I am in the best physical shape I've been in since jr. high! I now live in a beautiful waterfront townhouse in East Boynton Beach. I recently picked up two new bicycles; one for the street (a road bike), and a mountain bike. They're both AWESOME! Anyone who's looking for a riding partner, hit me up. 0;o)
I love to dance! You can find me at Club Space on many Sunday mornings. (No, I don't spend all night there!) If I'm out at night I prefer places where I can actually carry on a conversation like Jetsetter in Lake Worth and DADA in Delray Beach.
I love all forms of music. My CD collection is as diverse as you will ever find. It was here in Florida that I came to appreciate electronic music, and my love for techno goes deep now. I can't tell you how many times I heard someone listening to techno and thought - "WHY do they listen to that???" Ha, ha! Lets just say that moving to Florida has expanded my horizons and opened up countless new possibilities in my life!
I consider myself deep and spiritual yet I am not a religious person. I recently decided to start using the word God to refer to what I already believe in and certainly know I don't understand. I don't claim to have any sure answers about God, and I would never try to impose my "ideas" on anyone, although if you ask I truly enjoy philosofising about it!
I can read people like a book. That is to say that I am extremely empathetic. As a result most of the jobs I've excelled at have been sales jobs. I don't think I've ever had a sales job where I wasn't the number one producer at some point if not throughout my tenure there. My empathy also makes me sort of a human lie detector. Perhaps that's why I despise lying so much, because I can always see right through it. Dishonesty is hurtful, and because I always know when I'm being lied to it hurts me deeply.
I am a native of Orange County, California. I moved here in 1998. My parents are still together. I think that's important. IF I ever get married - it WILL be FOREVER, but I'm in no hurry. Life will bring me to my destiny. For now I'm just enjoying the ride - *Actually I'm milking it for ALL it's worth! WOO HOO!
