Where to begin ? I've been blessed with good friends and family. I'm very fortunate to be in a relationship with a very talented and wonderful makeup artist named Liza.I cant thank you enough for everything you've done for me. I've been blessed with some awesome friends too many to name, but you know who you are. I am a fitness trainer who has had the opportunity of working with some great people and who also has had the opportunity of meeting some of my childhood fitness favorites. My business is good right now and I have some amazing clients who I also must thank. I have to give a shout out to some of my favorite teams and sports in no particular order. The Florida Gators congradulations, The UCLA bruins ( one of these days) , The Los Angeles Dodgers, The New York Giants and last but not least Fernando Alonso and Formula1 racing !! Thanks to everyone who has shaped my life in one way or another. I've met some awesome people on myspace and I wish all of you the best of luck in whatever it is you strive for in life. Television:

Comedy is the best { SEINFELD and NEWS RADIO w/Phil Hartman} Law and Order Jerry Orbach was the best. Sports ofcourse NASCAR and FORMULA 1 racing. Nothing beats Collage Football "GO BRUINS" . Keith Jackson is the greatest commentator ever{ WHOA NELLIE !!!! }.

Heroes:

The top of the list Charles Glass the man is awesome, but I do have to give love to my old and recent clients as well as all those people who strive to reach their fitness goals. Even if its just for vanity. I know it aint easy!
