So much of my heritage has been lost, African dancing gives me a better understanding of my ancestry. Where I came from and who I am today. Not to mention its a good ass work out!

R&B, Soul, Hip-Hop, Trip-Hop, Jazz, Funk, Reggae (but only if it's Steven Marley), Country music isn't so bad just as long as I don't have to listen to it for more than an hr. I've been known to break it down in the club to some Pop music, "Demo" I love Musical Theater!
