OUTSET was formed in April '03 in Natal Brasil by vocalist Luiz Cláudio (LuZDetH) and guitarist Horroroso, armed only with a simple desire to spread the chaos in your mind. about writing material with the aim of pleasing their harshest critics with a death grind, aggressive and weighed.
