HELLBOUND

HELLBOUND was formed in 1999 because of the need to create some harsh and primitive Black-Metal in the old vein. Because of the members activities in other bands HELLBOUND was more or less laid on ice for more then 1 year until the compositions for new material started, which at least turned out quite raw, driven by double-bass beats and more or less not in the vein as it was planned...
Finally, HELLBOUNDs music is some kind of extreme mixture of the typical old school Black-Metal, combined with rhythmical and mind melting elements. The lyrics for "Fatal Illumination" were written by Jyade Cythrawl and are deeply inspired by The Underworld experiences. HELLBOUND represents Black-Metal in its purest essence, extreme music combined with repulsive mental attitudes.
The split-CD with HELLBOUND / AMESTIGON was released in autumn 2002 through MILLENIUM METAL MUSIC and limited to 1000 copies. The response on HELLBOUNDs first appearance was positive throughout the genre, and the band defined its individual style.
In late 2005 the band recorded the song Bullet 666 for the spilt-7 HELLBOUND/ENSAMHET - released through DIE UNAUSSPRECHLICHEN KULTEN EDITION in June 2006.
