About Me

life is full of surprises and twists and turns. you never know where you will end up even with the best laid plans. so, no matter what life brings, i'm going to be me. good, bad, rain or shine, i'll still be me.
i like to laugh out loud. i dance when i hear music. i speak up when i don't like something. i sing along but i can't carry a tune. i'm honest about my feelings. i cry if i'm hurt. i get angry when people try to abuse or take advantage of me or those i love. i defend my loved ones unapologetically. i love with my whole heart even if that means it can be broken. i learn from my mistakes. i forgive those who have wronged or hurt me. i represent my Heavenly Father everyday even if i fall short. i spend time with my family and friends because they make life worth while. i repeat movie lines as if i wrote them myself. i watch tv for entertainment and learning. (ask me any question and i can probably answer for you.) i read all the time, mostly nonfiction although i'm trying out fantasy/sci-fi. i plan to live until i'm 111 just like bilbo baggins. i want to be a rockstar wife and mother. and a super hot grandma! i love to daydream and highly recommend it to everyone.

My Interests

i like a lot of things. i'm really into politics, writing, volunteering in the arts (visual and performance), reading good nonfiction books, presenting at conferences on website marketing in higher education and spending time with my family and friends just hanging out. to be honest, i am really ready to be a wife and mother. my clock is ticking and my eggs are getting older! haha.

I'd like to meet:

i want to meet people who like to dance. people who like to eat chicken. people who like to read. people who like watching movies. people who went to high school, grade school or girl scouts with me. people who met me through other people or activities in kansas city. people who went to drake or regent with me. i know you're out there somewhere. haha. i also want to meet people interested in writing, which i do very well by the way. i have a nice little freelance business so if you need a ghostwriter, collateral writer or any kind of writer, let me know. my prices are reasonable.

Jesus Christ is the world's greatest hero. I want to be just like Him. My mom is also my hero. She's awesome!
