creative, enthusiastic students with an interest in sales, marketing and music trends to join our team of street reps. We are looking for highly motivated students in good academic standing that are passionate about working toward a career in the music industry. Ideal candidates are plugged into their campus organizations, record stores, and local area hotspots, and can effectively cultivate and leverage relationships with key music tastemakers in their area.G Boy Fresh Street Rep Duties Include: Setting up promotions on campus and at area retailers, monitoring inventory levels at local record stores, providing tour support for developing artists, managing online marketing activities, servicing campus radio/press, and responding to/communicating consumer trends.
The G Boy Fresh Street Marketing team is challenging and requires dedication (students must commit to 15-18 hours a week for at least 6 months), but it is also rewarding and fun. This position is not your typical internship.
Brand ambassadors must have the following:
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
· Pleasant and engaging
· Reflect the event demographic (M & F, ages 18-35)
· Clean cut and relatively conservative hairstyles
