LIKE A BAD RHYTHM BABY ~ I'M ALL OVER TOWN Well lets see, grew up in a small town. Parents were musicians. Went to many Texas Dancehalls growing up. Majored in Radio Television Film in college. Had 15 hours left to graduate, quit and moved to Hollywood.Lived in Malibu for a year. Got a degree in Audio Video Engineering in Hollywood then worked at Modern Video film in Los Angeles.Moved back to austin. Started working for guitarist John Lockhart of Black Pearl. Spent the next twelve years giging with Sweet Daddy Red, Taboo, Brave New World, Lisa Tingle, Plan C, Chamber 36. Am currently with The Texas Unlimited Band. I've been a Roadie, Guitar Tech, Drum Tech, Sound Engineer, Stage Manager, Production Manager and Lighting Director. I Love the music biz.I have been writing lyrics since I was 15 and started playing music by 16. I have years and years of poetry rants and writings. I write for me but I listen close to the people who appriciate my projections of passion on whatever level they may be. I have over 200 songs. I do all the parts. Some suck, some I am very proud of but they are all me. I have currently joined Kent Mayhews band as the new guitar player. We have been writng in the studio.I Love Photography and Digital Art. Been using Photoshop for many years. Have done artwork, album covers and posters for many bands in town including DEA Productions, Texas Unlimited, Cielo Records,Chamber 36, Saucer,The Brew, Kelly Mcguire etc...When it comes down to it I guess I'm what I call real and just me.Get Your Own! | View Slideshow

Music:

I love all music. Grew up with everything. My parents first exposed me to country music. Hank Williams Sr. Jim Reeves etc.My brothers turn me on to Funk and Soul music.I got into 70's Rock on my own.The first music I remember buying for myself was Aerosmith Toys in the Attic and Queens A Night at the Opera.(I was eight)Hendrix blew my mind. Tommy Bolin Still rocks my world. When everyone was into Kiss I was into Rick Derringer.Boston amazed me with a sound I'd never heard before.Van Halen, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd kept me busy for years.Dove into the blues after realizing where everything I liked came from. Found out about Stevie Ray while driving down the 405 in Los Angeles. not a good day.Then I heard the Mahavishnu Ochestra and that changed everything that I thought I knew about music. Went on a jazz fusion kick for years. Miles Davis, Return to Forever, Weather Report, Al Di Meola, Tony Williams etc...Now I listen to whatever music fits the mood I'm in.
