Ms. Deals employs over 125 teens in the Chicago area. She is also co-founder of G. Next a urban youth marketing firm specilizing in the next generation. G. Next is the pipeline to the influential urban youth market.Ms. Deals has co-founded The True Star Foundation a non profit that strives to be a leader in youth programming by providing enriching environments for teens that encourage creating opportunities for themselves and their communities.
