About Me

About me...well I wear my heart on my sleeve and call it like I see it. I don't play games and I'm not afriad to say what I think. I'm timid from time to time, I'm a worry wart, I'm a mom. I love to play in the dirt, pick up bugs and blow up tanks with big rocks with my son. Ahhh to get dirt in your hair, fingers and nearly every crevice and not care as long as you get a hose down is so liberating.I love to cook, but I rarely have time. So lately I have been making myself have the time. Rather, I have been making sure I take care of my family more. I've also been trying to get more sleep, and would'nt you know it, it actually works. I've even been spending more on clothes so I feel good about what I wear to work. Losing weight has been strange, I'm not used to wearing thinsg that are even remotely form fitting.I have celiac disease, a 6 yr old, a wonderful fiance and we just bought a house. So I have been OBSESSED with planning the decorating. I'm a learner, constantly reading, exploring, inquiring and questioning. I love the far east, I love fantasy, mystery and new places. I'll never stop learning, and can't wait to explore my new state. Civil War battlefields, the coast, the road trips, the people. Writing is also a passion, rather an obsession. It just gets me going.Ohhhh then I do have pet peeves.......... People in crowded places Skinny witches at work who don't get promotions for their brains Parents at my sons school that beep when I give my kid a hug before he goes to school (I don't just roll him out of the car like most parents, so sue me) Customers that fib Guys on Xbox live that are a little too amazed that I am a female People who put their turn signals on as they are turning (for crying out loud, forget about it at that point) People who don't get that I can't have bread or cheese when I am ordering out after a second, third and sometimes 4th explanation (but I am greatful I have options) Selfish people, greedy people Parents who don't appreciate the gift they have, in having children. All of the above and MY MOTHER get the "What the hell is wrong with you people" face below.... -----------------------I love the rain.....love it. ------------I have a wonderful fiance, we've just bought a house together in North Carolina. I will be there with my son as of June 8th. My fiance leave April 16th, in less than a month. So I won't see him then until June 8th. I will be blue -------

Family, children, travel, music, languages (I speak Spanish and Japanese),sewing, cooking, and when I can I love to read. I also love astrology and tarot, I'm a Sag.Where there is peace and kindness show tolerance and respect for each others beliefs. Your way is not the right way for someone else. I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet old friends, new ones, people that love to write, that love history, that are good listeners and talkers. People that love to learn, explore and enjoy life. People that think of others, but that also know the value of self reflection. Someone who will always be hungry to know, see and do more. I'm engaged to a wonderful man, so if you're 12 and thinking of asking me my bra size, go away.

Music:

I'm a hard rock girl, I like some rap, pop, country. I'm ecclectic I guess. Anything from Mudvayne to Classcial. My favorites are Evanescence, Rob Zombie, Metallica, Justin Timberlake Evanescence - Lithium

POTC007 James Bond flicks (with Sean Connery, he's 300 yrs old and I would still do him), Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Alien, Japanese horror flicks (the Grudge, Dark Water), the American versions of The Grudge, Wedding Crashers, Napolean Dynamite, ...there are more. .... I um, also REALLY dig Collin....he is smokin... My favorite line in POTC 2~

Television:

I don't often get to watch TV but I love alot of different things, HOUSE is one of them

Books:

I recently read, A Million Little Pieces, How to Make Love Like a Porn Star, Memoirs of a Geisha I also love Harry Potter I also recommend How to Get Into The Bible. Even if you're not religious, and you're just curious, it breaks it down in a non threatening way and makes it easier to pallette.

Heroes:
