In April of 2004, some friends came together to honor the memories of two of their fallen, Mark Hickey Aug of 2000 and Henry Knowles Aug 29, 2002. From california and Florida they met up in San francisco to have a jam/recording session of Agression tunes that sparked what is about to come.
From what was meant to be a weekend excursion became a trial of fire.
They decided to put thier comeradery to the test. Thus was born "KatKiller" a tribute to one of the Origional skatepunk bands from the Early Nardcore scene. AGRESSION, a band that has definitely left their mark in the hearts of the music world.
It was decided to produce a benefit comp for the families of our 2 friends.
With this in mind there were measures taken to contact some of the friends that Mark and Henry had made on their roads of life. Some great bands are on board for this compilation of [ ]S[] tunes.
KatKiller has now been formed with the goal to bring the intensity of the true live sound of the music to those who missed it the first time around and bring back some fond memories for those were there through the thick of it.
With a cross country move for one in the mix and the dedication of all four of them, they are going to help to keep the memory of Agression alive.
