About Me

Attempting to achieve a delicate balance between Health & Fitness and Travel & Partying. Everyone eat 5 or 6 SMALL low calorie,fat,sugar,sodium but high fiber meals a day! Every few hours--no excuses!No white pasta,bread,potato,or rice. Get your carbs from Veggies, beans, and some whole grains. Try fruits for snacks. Water as your drink. No sweets or deserts. This alone will be a Huge difference! Add some activity to your life and your even better off. Cardio, weight training, and stomach crunches even better. Party on weekends only and Try to eat somewhat sensible and often. When the party is over get back to your routine otherwise you'll be looking for someone like me in the future to help you. At that point it will take you more time, money, and hard work to get to where you want to be! If you don't or hardly party---YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE---get it together lame ass! "C Ya Wouldn't want 2 B Ya!"
