so its been 3 months now since i quit the fags..i still cant believe ive done it...its still hard and i do find myself craving a smoke now and then...but thats it no going back for me...anybody ...

looks like this is going to be one of the best summers ever.....going to see the foos in june at old trafford.....going to see chilli peppers in july at don valley....and then when its raining broken ...
