Dylan, Donovan, Lightfoot, Spanish guitar, lots of classical (the moodier the better), bluegrass, OLD country (Ernest Tubb!! etc), Hard Rock/Metal and lots of Greek and Arabic are constantly playing around the apartment too.. Come on over and hear it with me. We'll cook something yummy up to eat while we listen!!
Kelly's Heroes, Wuthering Heights (any version, especially 1939), Beautiful Girls, Slingblade, The Ten Commandments, The Jerk, Penny Serenade...
TV is PURE EVIL!!
Okay, there are some cooking shows I like...
Recently loved "Crescent" by Diana Abu-Jaber, and just finished "The Mercury Visions of Louis Daguerre" which was Soooooooooo goood.....
"The Illustrated Man" and "The Outsiders" are classics on my bookshelf.. also anything on the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood is worth getting my grubby hands on.
Anyone who goes out of their way to do something good for somebody else is a hero to me.
