About Me

Harness the Habit (HTH) was established in 1995 in Clearwater/St. Petersburg, Florida. With their 1996 release album, Novelty, they played and toured in sold out venues in the most popular areas of central Florida. This same year, HTH won the BAMA (Bay Area Music Award) for best newcomer band. They had a huge following of devoted fans and a wide listener audience, which ranged from metal to pop. In late 1997, Harness the Habit decided to leave the scene and focus on their families. With the Blessing of a new drummer, 2005 brought new life to Harness the Habit. Their intense new flavor has sent the band soaring to new heights. HTH has spent many months in the studio writing and rehearsing for their latest release. The album has a sound all its own with mesmerizing melodies and passionate messages that encompass a modern pop feel with a classic rock twist. The end result is a very diverse sound that makes this album truly exceptional. Harness The Habits riveting live performances leave their fans captivated and keeps them coming back for more.
