About Me

In their self-absorption the needy misperceive our willingness to become butterflies as an indictment of their choice to remain a caterpillar.
~Joseph Longshore II

Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer's day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time.
~Sir John Lubbock

I am a published author, I read a lot, go for walks regardless of weather, whistle, get immersed in learning something new and lose complete track of time, overuse bullets when I make lists, and try to appreciate nature at every opportunity.
