Rap and Hip Hop. When you hear those two things you think of music and a culture. The thing is each area has its own culture within Hip Hop. Chicago, however, still havent gotten its culture recognized. That is where Nino Punchlines comes in. I'm trying to paint Chicago for what it is a city of Flash, Ass, and Grimmy Niggas Quick to Whoop your Ass. I started rapping at the young age of ten, but didnt get serious until I became a freshman in High School. That is when I joined the group Versastyle. The name Versastyle came from the fact that each member of the trio had a distinct flow and had different personality. As a member of the group, I opened up for artist such as Chingy, and Tyrees and several Chicago artists such as Psycodrama, and Malichi. Currently I am representing Wood B Noise and 1st Time Productions. Nino Punchlines has performed in several clubs and shows around Chicago. Nino has been a feature on several of the mixtapes from the Souls Selector DJ Nell 7s Good Music Series, DJ Nurotic's My City series and The Woods Series, as well as Philosopha's mixtape "Streets of Chicago".
