Hollywood Guillotine

The Real": NOW AVAILABLE!

About Me

Hollywood Guillotine is a band from the suburbs of Chicago. Yes, yes... the suburbs. Hoffman/Palatine to be exact. Lemme break it down: It all started around the beginning of the school year of 2005. One day at school, Sean and Matt (from the Skandal) came up to Ryan and said "Ryan, you’re playing drums for us after school today." Ryan said OK thinking it was just a one-time thing. Later that day, the 3 of them "practiced" and made up a song or two. They decided that this was a good thing they had going, so sought out a bassist. Bassists are hard to find but Ryan remembered a kid at a local band show who was playing around on the bass. His name was Will (from The Backstabbers). So after many attempts of finding him, Sean, Matt, and Ryan approached Will one day and asked if he wanted to "jam". Will accepted. So they got together and practiced some songs and ate lasagna. Yes that’s right....lasagna. We like to just have fun with what we do. Oh yeah, and the name? Well...either the origin of how it came about is top secret...or we just don’t know.
So, that’s basically all you need to know about us.....
