Work or play? You can’t really call it work when you spend the whole day doing something you love. Play time all the time! The harder you play, the better the results. I couldn’t get up in the morning to do anything else!
Air Management has been my home for nearly three years now. The people I work with are 'good people', crazy as they come, but very talented at what they do and the artists on our roster are as hot as they come.
So is music the right place to be? The perception is that the music business is in the shit with a decline in record sales and the snowballing enemy that is the internet. Bollocks, from where I'm sitting the business has never been healthier! It's just a case of having to think a little bit harder, and I think we think pretty hard! Business models are changing and the book is being re-written. I'm not preaching, but EMBRACE CHANGE! Don’t fight it! so in answer to my own question, it is the only place to be!
