About Me

Depending on who you talk to, I'm the Payroll Coordinator, payroll goddess, payroll fairy, you get the picture, for a large firm with offices in three New England states. Considering how many times I failed math in high school it's completely insane that I've ended up in this position. When I'm not at work I'm running, cooking, running, rollerblading, running, dancing around my new home, running, the list goes on, anything that doesn't involve sitting still! I run every race I can get to and one of my biggest accomplishments in 2007 was finally breaking 20 minutes in a 5K. I actually finished the 2007 Fall season with a new personal best time of 19.19. On now towards an 18 minute finish in 2008! Another major 2007 achievement was finally buying my first home! Great place...needs new windows...so if you're reading this and know anyone who does windows...let me know! My task now is to stop the kitty falling off the loft. First time she landed on the entertainment center. Last week she missed and fell all the way down. I haven't screamed like that in years. Hoping one day to leave my desk behind and have it be me, my camera and a laptop for my work. I love live music and try to get out as much as I can to hear my favorite local and national bands. Sometime in the very near future I'd love to go on a date again. It's been a ridiculously long time since the last one. I'm dedicated to my job and my running but, men, I do still have a life and enjoy going out to have a good meal and some fun!! And, on that note, to all who like to make comments such as "there's more to life than running you know" I'm aware already, thank you, I don't appreciate being made to feel ridiculous about something I enjoy, thank you again, and you will forever be ignored =)! Take five minutes, scratch a bit below the surface, you'll be amazed by what you find. ..
