As I sit, I dwell deep in the realm of though on all the things that Ive done and what my actions have brought. So young in age, still it seems that my mind grows old. I watch the days slip away as my future unfolds. As I progress along my path through the darkness in life, I quickly glance over my shoulder at the struggle and strife. A slight smirk of triumph briefly graces my lips; I thank the lord for his companionship, knowledge, and strength. Hes prepared me with the tools necessary to survive and success is no question with him on my side. So with life in my eyes and my head to the sky, I continue my journey and slightly quicken my stride. Unable to predetermine exactly what lies ahead, I pack light, tread softly and steady my head. Open minded, strong willed, with more heart than most. I reach, teach, speak, seek simply knowledge and growth.
