We are interested in meeting real people who are interested in a real gospel. The 5th aint for everyone, just those who so choose to shake lose the shackles of tradition that has held the church back from true revival. COme get to know God as your PERSONAL LORD & SAVIOR."REAL RECOGNIZE REAL!"
If you’ve ever had a chance to attend a church service at the 5th Element, then you’ve experienced something relevant & real. If you haven’t, then you probably wonder, what in the world is a “Hip-Hop Church The obvious thing about the 5th Element is that Nothing is traditional… What we believe & practice is out of the Bible, the infallible word of God. We know and recognize that Jesus himself was far from into the traditional norm of His time. He challenged the religious leaders of his time to be who they said they were, not fakes and phoneys interested in the law only while they themselves broke it. Jesus today is looking for young people to make that same stand and worship Him. In a time of real recognizing real a Hip Hop church is what is relevant to a new generation. We dress cool, we play our music loud, we dance, and our hearts are pure. We will stay relevant to the culture of Hip Hop, and the message of salvation through Jesus.View All Friends | View Blog | Add Comment

The 5th is a crazy spot for music. We listen to Gospel music, between Fred Hammond & Isreal Haughton you cover 90% of our Praise & Worship catalog. But of course we listen to Christian Hip Hop. We like to be selective in what we expose our members to. Cant be rollin with a 5th L sticker (soon to come) on your whip, and bumpin weak music... HAHAHAHAH... DOnt take it personal, just go into the lab and work harder.... Big up to Crossmovement, Lecrea, The Rep, Izreal, Propaganda, Braille, Othello & all our fam that is bringing quality music...
Whos making good movies anymore? It was finally refreshing to see Transformers that was an exciting movie. I guess we'll se what the future has to hold for movies... Marvel comics movies are great also.
Not much time for TV, but Heroes is a great show. There is a couple of Preachers I like to watch on TV also, SOme for comedic value and others for the feeding of my spirit. I'll let you guess which ones are which. Is your Pastor on TV?
"We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus' sake, so that his life may be revealed in our mortal body. 2 Corinthians 4:8-11
I dont really have any heroes besides Him who saved my life, Jesus my Lord & Savior. But I am really down with folks that arent afraid to speak their mind and actually have an opinion on things.
