Burning up the decade, when I should have seized the day. K. Nuttall

About Me

I have been a part of the Queensland (Australia) Music Industry since 1992 and a music fanatic since discovering Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” at 13.Music has profoundly affected and been a part of my life. Realising young I wasn't talented enough to play for a living I've done the next best thing and used my skills (some call it organisational addiction) to benefit those with real talent. Although for those that know we very well I play a mean rainmaker at parties!!Over the years I have had the great privilage to work with some of the most passionate musicians, songwriters, entertainers to come out of Bris-Vegas. The highlights of the wonderful people along the journey for me in this crazy business include (but not limited to!) :Stringmansassy - Kacey Patrick & Aaron Hopper Miles From Nowhere - Ben McCarthy, Dan Carter, Chris Dillon, Mick Carter and later Jeff "the Kidd" Reeves - May they R.I.P. Tyrone Noonan - esp on the Palimpsest project - awesome album! Sean Foran & John Parker - Misinterprotato the Extraordinary brilliance of Kate Miller-Heidke and her band who I am only learing the full depth of their talent ie Sallie Campbell, Keir Nuttal, Steve Pope and Scott Saunders. Paulie B and the Neighbourhood Groove Collective Katie Noonan and the exquisite music of Elixir Women in Docs - go conquor the highways Roz & Chanel BIG City circa 1994 with the Bull Brothers (Louis & Rob) on vocals, Dale Rabic on Keys, Steve Francis (drums), Ander Karlen (guitar) may his memory live on!, Anthony Dawkins (bass). SEVEN - Nick, Ben, Pete, Andy, Josh - you bought the ROCK back in to our house. Melissa Forbes -savvy, sexy and sublime singer Stu Watters - what passion for the business hey? Lynette Irwin - lives through her passion for Women In Jazz especially.I've now got kids and stayed in this game through some tough times because i believe music is incredibly important to the social fabric of life and when my kids are older i want them to live in a world where they can experience musical in all it's genres and emotionally charged energy - bring it on!!
