About Me

Since 1986 Eric has been playing and writing in bands from Connecticut to New York and New Jersey. Surviving one "train wreck" after another he honed his vocal and writing skills, following his instincts. For the next several years Eric continued playing and taking vocal lessons from several different teachers. It wasn't until he came across Jazz Vocalist Nanette Natal that he started to gain control of his craft. As he continued playing Eric began to grow frustrated, putting so much of himself into the music and gaining nothing in return. It wasn't until his last band that Eric was at the point of just walking away from music all together. Deciding not to fail he continued to write on his own and put together a collection of songs to record. Realizing that the only way that this would reach fruition he would have to hire his own musicians. In the fall of 2001, Eric was introduced to drummer B.J. Zampa (Robin Trower, Yngwie Malmsteen, Driver, Tony MacAlpine) and guitarist Steve “DeWolf” DeLacy (Johnny Winter, Journey, Steve Perry, KISS solo albums). Shortly after the recording began, it became apparent that there was something growing beyond just a five-song demo. With countless songs to work with and encouragement from Zampa and DeLacy, Eric decided to make an eight song CD that is now known as Volume One. Borne and raised in Connecticut, Eric relocated to the Chicago area in late 2002, since then Eric has received rave reviews and has been featured on Music Showcase on Glen Ellyn Television as well as a feature story in The Daily Herald and a favorable reviews in The North Central College Chronicle newspaper; NYC Rock.com and the Illinois Entertainer. Eric is also a featured artist on Garageband.com, Unsignedtalents.com, Digitalsyndicate.tv and Talentmatch.com.
