Matthew Joyner is a young, up and coming singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist who writes with conviction and honesty. His folky brand of rock comes straight from his heart, with tunes about his own life and experiences.Joyner aspires to a higher calling than just to be another "pop-tart" singer, but to play music that is raw and genuine, and to live a life of faith and honesty, and not caring what is popular or "in.""I could really care less what 13 and 14 year old girls want to hear." Matthew remarks, "I don't make music for them. I make music for God, for myself, and for all the people that are tired of being told what to listen to by Armani-clad record execs in L.A. and New York, who don't listen to what they are shoveling out anyway."Joyner is completing an all new demo cd that is in the process of recording and is set for release in the coming weeks!
