Doctors of Love

ROCKING THE SOUL WITH A SOCK IN THE ROLL

About Me

Rusty Bradshaw, Dom Fahey, Ian Kellett, Al Knell and Dave Biscuit are the Doctors of Love...... a crack unit of drunkards, these men first met aboard the doomed medical frigate HMS Amour, on it's way to the Falkland Islands in '84. Amour lost all radar contact just off the coast of Bermuda and the 'Flaming Arseholes' (as they were then called) were the only survivors, hanging onto the galley's oven, which they fashioned into a rather flimsy but nevertheless surprisingly bouyant raft. If it wasn't for the unselfish act of the sadly deceased trumpet player, Timmy 'Pufferfish' Tyler, who quite wonderfully offered himself up for consumption, they wouldn't have survived three days of desperate starvation, cast adrift upon the mercy of the cruel sea... How ironically tragic, that the pufferfish is actually totally un-edible, and Timmy, as Dave noted, tasted rather like pork and veal...Washed up on the copacabana, Rio, the 'Doctors' as they now called themselves, then made a slow and arduous journey up through South, Central and North America, playing what ever instruments they could steal or fashion... They then marched across the Tundra, where Rusty and Al still to this day have a small family of anglo-inuits...The Doctors of Love are available for your pleasure, to be enjoyed on your own, or with friends... but always best served at room temperature...
