I like all kinds of stuff. Art, writing, music, blah blah blah. EH.
Dick Blick, and the guy on the bike.
Ah what the hell. Might as well make a list: Shudder To Think, Nick Cave, Alien Sex Fiend, Nathan Larson (film musik), Frank Black, The Pixies, Liars, John Cale, of Montreal, Laurie Anderson, Essential Logic, Brian Eno, Johnathan Richmond, Carol King, Throbbing Gristle, Cabert Voltaire, The Dead Milkmen (man, its been years), Kate Bush, Pavement (Sucliffe Catering Song has a particularly special meaning..long story), The Raincoats, Neutral Milk Hotel, Sparks, Laurie Anderson, Coil, Apples In Stereo, Pet Shop Boys, Suicide, Wire, Family Fodder, Harmonia, Tonto's Expanding Headband, The Smiths, limited Dead Kennedys, same goes for The Sex Pistols, Unrest, Devo, and last but not least, Oh Columbus! There are many more, but the many more are alluding me right now. Funny enough, nearly all the bands I've listed are on this site. Funny enough, none of my favorite songs are listed on their profiles. Nuts to that.
The Holy Mountian, But I'm A Cheerleader, Buffalo '66, The Brown Bunny, Party Monster, Monster, The Assaination of Richard Nixon, The Business of Fancy Dancing, Hardcore Logo (best shocking ending ever), Willow, Spinal Tap, The House of Yes, In the Company of Men, Best in Show, Mad Max (I and II), Escape from New York, 28 Days Later, The Triplets of Bellville, Muriel's Wedding, a varitey of really bad movies that Cinemax used to play, artsy fartsy wangamangers. **The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Sleep Away Camp boxed set. (thank you shannon, for the reminder!)
I read "Gravity's Rainbow" and hated it. The lewd parts were good, though. Tsk tsk. Generally true crime stories, short stories, etc. I like writing but don't like reading unless it's my own writing I'm reading. Rainbow.
