Sweetmusic: I was born in harlem 116th st and lenox ave. At age nine moved to the projects called wagner. Across the street was a park where the neiborhood DJ's would come out with about 30 crates of records records. They'd plug in their sound system into the light pole, knock the traffic signal out and boom!! instant block party. As a kid that excited me. My parents always played music. My grandmother always had a party or a card game going. I was raised on the classics. Early on I appreciated beats, drums, scatching and cutting.. and at 11 I became a DJ.
My first set of turntables was like busting a nut for the first time. In Junior high school I started DJing for house parties and mall events. There was a park across the street from where I lived.. I took that over. I was the main DJ in a group called The All-Mighty Brothers. We were opening for Master Don and The Death Committee. I have been doing beats ever since.Been on tour with the best of them. Did sound reinforcement for some of the biggest parties in N.Y.C. in venues like Tavern on the Green and Omnipark Central. I've played with Red Alert, Clark Kent, Kid Capri, GrandMaster Flash, Zulu Nation, Reggie Wells etc..Currently I was DJing and promoting at one of the hottest exotic gentlemen's club in N.Y.C the legendary Golden Lady. Along with my partners Savant Music and Ski Digital I am launching careers for new artists. The industry is getting read to do a 360 when all of this is unleashed...
