It's Murder Beams

Tina Turner's Always Intense

About Me

There's now a second It's Murder Beams profile with extra songs if you care enough. See our top friend.
The genes that exploded into these boys must have come from the very outskirts of gods libido. Born black but with white attitude Tom and Nick journeyed a journey that even journalists couldn't write or even want to read. It hurt and it smarted but pieces fell into place to form a force of media excitment on one hand and of chronic illness on the other.
Born into the black skin which Eve Hindley passed down from generations way back when (Fig 1), the power hungry force that is nature contrived to intevene and run a mock making each child white to the end of time...or is it. A keen eye for colour co-ordination embraced our heroes and made them international stars at the age of 2 (Fig 2). English and black by birth, it would be a cruel hand which dealt them a life of scandinavian enslavery. His name Klaus Klossenfreeger, his mission to break the boys into a market saturated with nits and needle point bringing fresh bold prints and the twin charm to 1980's attention (Fig 3). Denmark, never one to miss a fresh new face....or two, adopted this messed up human catastrophe and with the help of top glasweigan animator Ian McMcMcMcMc made our twins into the world famous cartoon they are now credited to (Fig 4). Full of mirth and friendly rivalry this shoddy workmanlike creation was not representative of the underlying 'exploitation effect' that was gripping these tired twins daily. Tom's knuckles buckled into balls of cartilidge, useless to face wash or spend penny. Nicks becoming smaller than a circus.
Escaping Klossenfreeger's clutches of doom, the twins skipped across to the Eastern bloc and settled in war torn Serbia Montenegro living life as shot-putt athletes/champions (Fig 5) War is sad, their future sadder...(Fig 6)
This is the story of their little known pop n roll career...recorded between then and now then, these items of escapism that the boys so dearly nearly never ever nearly had at all have been dug out, blown up, dusted down and glued to ears so you can feel the uncompromising promise that was destroyed by life itself. Hear the charm and mesmerising inprecision of tom's organ style. Listen for the clatter of nicks fir cone slide tech on one of the tracks, it is literally jesus praying.
