Stitches for Bitches is a punk inspired clothing and accessory line for woman. The company sells on line, at the "Who's Your Betty? Boutique in Oakland, various stores and tattoo shops throughout the US, Tattoo Conventions, Motorcycle Events and Car Shows throughout the year.
The company logo is a cartoon character named Betty. After losing my sister to breast cancer in November 2002, I founded Stitches for Bitches, created Betty, and was inspired to write a book. Realizing just how short life is, I set out to make a change—and what better way than to spread a positive message. Betty and all of her personas are based on my life. Seeing how people reacted negatively to my ever-changing styles, I decided to write a book to convey what really matters about people is who they are inside. Betty wears a skull and cross bones on her dress to represent, "WE ARE ALL THE SAME UNDER OUR SKIN"!
The Betty doll and The book about Betty will be out February of 2006.

This line also offers the opportunity to help the many women, men, and their families who have, or will have, to fight the battle against the challenges presented by breast cancer. A percentage of the profits from the sale of the Betty doll and ‘The Book About Betty’ will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in loving memory of my friends and family members who lost their lives to breast cancer.â€
