About Me

BLAH BLAH BLAH
This page isn't very exciting at the moment, but it will be soon. No really ! I've been having a bit of a purge, so I've got some old/ lost tracks that I've found, as well as some new pics, and some writing that I did years ago that deserves to be aired somewhere (I'm happy to say I've found the "letter to God" that I wrote on a particularly traumatic night shift at the chocolate factory in Tenterden. No, there were no oompah-loompahs, just rednecks). So keep an eye out for all that, if you're not all busy wasting your time over on Facebook...In the meantime, here's a brief bio -
The first Vic Spanner album, "Pretentious Animal" came out in the summer of 2002, which makes me five years old. Actually I'm 30, but my mental age is probably about five. The next album, "Goodbye, Ivory Tower" is half done, and will be the 13th Vic Spanner album, not counting the various E.P.'s, remixes and side projects I've also done in that time. Hopefully it'll be out by the end of the year, right now, I really couldn't say. I've just moved and stuff...
You can also check out my Bonehill side project at www.myspace.com/bonehill
Current listening : Burial - "Untrue" Aesop Rock - "None Shall Pass" Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros - "Global A Go-Go" Sunburned Hand Of The Man - "Fire Escape" Prefuse 73 - "Perparations"
Oct 16th : I've just uploaded "070705 demo", one of the lost tracks of olden yore that I will be deleting once I've had 'em up here for a bit. More to follow...
Current reading : Chris Salewicz- "Redemption Song"
"John From Cincinnati" is great, though many will try and convince you otherwise. Ignore them. MyGen Profile Generator
