AN ABRIDGED HISTORY (1987-2008)
Dark Overlord is a 5 member metal band from Atlanta Georgia USA. First rising out of the darkness in the Summer of 1987. Created by Marco, Rob, and Alesha, they have endured the rigors of playing in numerous events around Atlanta and the Southeast. The songs above represent a broad spectrum of their different phases of development thru the years.
Collectively, the Dark Overlord band has seen several lineup changes over the years (2 bassists, 3 vocalists, 1 guitarist) but the core of the group (Marco, Rob, and Alesha) has remained unchanged. We officially reunited back in November 2001, with our current Singer PAUL, and have since been playing shows and working on material.
Our first bassist was Flip Rossi who originally designed the Overlord art
