I'd like to have a round robin discussion with Harriett Tubman, Malcom X, WEB Dubois, Cornel West, Tupac, KRS-1, Mandela, MLK Jr., Survivors from Rosewood/Black Wallstreet and 1898 Wilmington Riots, Black Ice, Jamil Baines, Roger Harris, Mandela, Aisha Kelly, Ghandi, Mrs. Simpson (high school teacher), Tavis Smiley, Talib Kweli. I would want to sit or better yet stand among such leaders and listen to how each of them found ways to leave their footprints in the sand of purposeful living. But since most are already gone, I'll read their books and break bread with the ones who are still here so I may have a chance to be whispered in the same circles as these carriers of the tourch.

If you don't have it, go get it NOW!! The Covenant with Black America is a must read and a must act.I'm currently reading Becoming Dad. So far it is a great read.
Heroes:
My Mother, My Brothers, My Daughter's Mother, Harriett Tubman, and many more that cried alone in the dark nights so that those that depended on them the most would never see them with their heads down. I love you much!!! Keep pushing forward a Nu Dawn is Coming.
