About Me

Rotting Moldy Flesh.
Space age band. Industrial/ambient/creeping in space music. Hard to describe, but, if you like spacey and weird, I'm sure you'll like it.
Traditionally or more often then not we've played in theaters every year around Halloween, performing live soundtrack music to silent Horror films: Nosferatu - The Lost World - The Cabinent of Dr. Calagari - The Golem -Metropolis - and The Hunchback of Notre Dame with Lon Chaney. For our last show at the Count Basie Theatre, there were 10 performers on stage. It all seems to revolve around Russ... jamming consistenly throughout the year with various members, magically brewing and decomposing new undiscovered layers of soundscape. This Box set is an Example of some of those Jams. (All tracks recorded live, directly from our mixer into CD burner).
Deviously manipulating analog instruments like Moogs, Yamaha's etc.., flutes, whistles, guitars, Vocals, Tubaphone, layers of beautious Delay and effects, little things, big things, things that scrape and squeak, theremin, and a wide assortment of friends, you name it, anything goes.
We have released a 4 CD box set "Decomposition - Vol. 1" only very limited number of our special edition box sets (with the raised resin scary faces) are still available.
If yer interested contact me or send payment info. to:
RMF c/o Russ Bucci - P.O. Box 378 - Red Bank, N.J. - 07701

Freshly embarking on its new venture into film score, RMF has already landed 2 short underground film soundtracks to slide under its fleshy belt:
Australian director Josh Tanner’s "The Man Amongst the Trees" currently accepted finalist in the Melbourne Underground Film Festival
and English short horror film, "In the Shadows" Directed by Liam Shorrock of Snake Mountain Productions .
Some future performances are in the planning, including Murnau’s classic and bizarre silent film ”Faust“ And "L’Inferno" (1911), the first Italian feature film ever made.
RMF looks forward to more audio releases over the winter, and composing music for some upcoming documentary and short film projects, eventually working its way toward feature films.
