Actually, I met the drummer (Carmine Appice) for the band (Vanilla Fudge) in this video. He's a friend of my first drum instructor. He also played with Rod Stewart and Ozzy. I was born a few months after this performance so I did not get to see it live. I was however fortunate enough to see it in my early teens on some sort of Ed Sullivan Show retrospective that CBS aired sometime in the late 70's/early 80's.
